COVID–19 

Michelle has a severely compromised immune system.  Face to face meetings in person are limited.  The majority of meetings can take place by video link.  Clients should choose the relevant medium such as Facetime, WhatsApp, Zoom etc and take on board any security risk.  If clients wish to deliver documentation to the office, there is a secure locked mailbox outside the building on the left hand side as viewed from the car park. 

Clients are not permitted to access the office without a pre-arranged appointment.  These appointments will generally be in relation to signing of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Michelle sometimes works from home.  Accordingly, there may well be times when files are not in the location Michelle is working from at any particular time.  Post left in the secure mail box at the office will be collected each day.  Documentation left in the office mail box will not necessarily be dealt with faster than paperwork sent by post due to a time period needing to pass before the documents can be handled safely. 

Emails and telephone calls are accessible from the office and Michelle's home.
