If you complete a form within our website requesting a quotation for conveyancing or if you send us an email or contact us by telephone, we will keep a record of the information provided by you to enable us to provide you with a quotation for our services.  The information will be destroyed in the fourth month following our last exchange of communications unless we have opened a file for you in which case the information will be moved to that file.  If we open a file for you, you will receive our detailed Terms of Business which contain information in relation to Data Protection and file retention periods.
